1. Who we are

2. Information stored in the app
DetailCue lets you enter business information such as customer names and contact details, vehicle information, service history, appointments, prices, job notes, photographs, signatures, and business profile details. This information is stored in the app’s local container on your device. The developer does not operate an account system or server that receives this information.
3. Photos and signatures
When you choose a job photo, DetailCue uses Apple’s system photo picker. The app receives only the items you select. A signature created in the app is stored with the related local job record. These items are not sent to the developer.
4. Notifications
If you enable an appointment reminder, DetailCue asks iOS for notification permission and schedules the reminder locally on your device. You can change notification access at any time in iOS Settings.
5. Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple may provide the app with transaction status and product entitlement information needed to unlock Pro features. The developer does not receive your complete payment card information. Apple’s handling of purchase information is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
6. Exports and sharing
DetailCue can create PDF invoices and CSV exports. These files are generated locally. They leave the app only when you choose a destination in the iOS share sheet. After you share a file, the selected recipient or service handles it under its own privacy terms.
7. Website information
The DetailCue website is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process limited technical information such as IP address, device or browser information, request timestamps, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. DetailCue does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking on this website.
8. Data retention and deletion
App data remains on your device until you delete individual records, use “Erase all local data” in the app, or delete the app. Files you previously exported must be deleted from their saved destinations separately. Website infrastructure logs, if generated by the hosting provider, are retained according to the provider’s operational policies.
9. Security
DetailCue relies on iOS application sandboxing and device security controls. No method of storage is completely secure. Use a device passcode, keep iOS current, and avoid placing unnecessary sensitive information in free-text notes.
10. Children
DetailCue is a business productivity application and is not directed to children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Your choices and rights
Because the developer does not receive your in-app business records, the most direct way to access, correct, export, or delete them is through the app’s editing, export, and erase controls. 12. International users
The website’s hosting provider may process technical information in multiple countries. By using the website, you understand that this processing may occur outside your country subject to applicable safeguards.
13. Changes
