Open More → DetailCue Pro to subscribe or restore a purchase. Manage or cancel through Apple Account subscription settings.

No. DetailCue is designed to work without a developer-operated account.
The appointment must be more than 24 hours in the future and notification access must be enabled. Check Settings → Notifications → DetailCue on your iPhone.
Open More → Business profile. Set the three-letter currency code used by your business and your default tax rate. Always verify tax requirements for your jurisdiction.
Make sure the iPhone uses the Apple Account that purchased the subscription. Open More → Restore purchases. If the purchase still does not appear, restart the app and try again.
Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → DetailCue, then choose Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for purchase.
DetailCue currently stores its workspace locally. If the app and its data were removed and you do not have a device backup, the developer cannot recover it. Export important records regularly.
